Today went well. It was very hot out, and I've learned that by 8.5 miles your water in your water bottle is about 90 degrees, not so nice for drinking. I try to make sure I'm just about done by the end, but I also carry x2 the needed amount so can do a lot of dumping water on myself as I go.
