UnPollute

Forward to the Zero Emissions Future

http://www.globalchange.gov is the US government's Global Change Research Program's platform and information outlet for "Integrating federal research on climate and global change." I especially like the row of 13 government seals/links along the bottom of the page. It's just about overwhemingly official looking!

This link is to the whitehouse.org blog page about the latest USGCRP report video, which I haven't watched yet, but plan to ASAP.

Personally, I feel like the Obama administration is doing a good job supporting and working on the issues surrounding climate change, even to the point of admitting that adaptational responses are already needed. The new Globalchange website actually makes me feel like we are on top of this issue. Not that we've got it licked, but it's great to see the focus and integration that's going on across the government and world.

Now, to get more people biking around...

Read this Washington Post article, because if we're to have hope of doing good then we have to keep our guards up. Sadly, it's Money that makes this a political issue, when otherwise it would be clear that emissions must be controlled sharply! -e

Unpollute

The Unpollute Charter and my Highest Aspiration: to get cleaner air by giving you money to enable nonpolluting modes of transport and sustenance. Carbon offset credits to the people... that's the idea I call Unpollute!
